SOQ Instructions:
A Resume and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) are required for this position. The SOQ serves as a documentation of each candidate’s capability in specific scenarios and their ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Applications received without a clearly titled “Statement of Qualifications” in the format as described below may not be considered for this position. A “Statement of Qualifications” is a discussion describing how a candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities meet the desirable qualifications and knowledge and abilities required for this position.
