Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, gathering and analyzing data, and producing clear, well-documented findings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and investigations using internal systems, public records, and third-party databases
- Analyze findings to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential risks
- Compile detailed reports summarizing investigative results
- Verify and document key information such as business ownership, licensing, and operational status
- Collaborate with internal teams to support decision-making and case resolution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance and company standards
- Prioritize urgent requests and meet strict deadlines

- Full-time position with standard business hours (8 am-4 pm)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20/HR plus commission on the cases completed
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
