Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Part-Time or PRN position. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a collaborative therapy team while helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.
Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Follow and implement individualized care plans
Document treatment minutes and progress notes accurately
Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff
Adjust treatments based on resident needs and progress
Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
Comply with all facility policies and state regulations
Active COTA license in the state
SNF or rehab experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and clinical skills
Reliable, professional, and adaptable
