Position Summary
We are currently hiring experienced Landscape Maintenance Professionals to join our team. We are also open to hiring an established crew. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, arrives on time, and works well within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing and trimming services
- Install and maintain mulch beds
- Prune shrubs and landscape plantings
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport equipment as needed
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Equipment Experience
Experience operating the following equipment is preferred:
- Exmark Navigator mowers
- Wright Stander mowers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of landscape maintenance experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- DOT Medical Card required or ability to obtain one
- Experience driving trucks with trailers preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Schedule & Overtime
Regular work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM. Optional overtime opportunities are available on Saturdays during peak seasons. Saturday work is not mandatory but is always appreciated.
