MeddMax, a B2B medical supply distributor serving 100+ post-acute care and nursing facilities, is hiring an Operations Specialist to manage customer orders and our AP/AR billing in Acumatica.
What you'll do
- Follow up with orders and see if any items are backordered or rejected.
- Review and resolve billing exceptions flagged by our automated AP/AR system — the cases that need a human to step in (mismatches, vendor disputes, holds)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team on order and billing issues
You're a fit if you
- Have hands-on Acumatica experience (or a comparable ERP — NetSuite, SAP, Sage)
- Know your way around order processing and AP/AR
- Are detail-obsessed and catch what others miss
- Move fast, take ownership, communicate clearly in writing
Pay: $21.74 - $26.00 per hour
