**Childcare Provider**
**Duties:**
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities and progress
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
**Qualifications:**
- CDA or willinglness to obtain CDA within 6 months of employment
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or babysitting setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for children of different ages
- Familiarity with childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
