Ready to build meaningful cases, not just manage a caseload?
Are you looking for more than just a desk and a caseload, and looking for something impactful?
As we grow our presence in Gainesville and the surrounding communities, you'll have direct client interaction, ownership over meaningful cases, and a genuine growth track.
No billable hours. No sidelines. Just real work that protects real families.
As an Associate Attorney, you will work with families to provide legal guidance and strategies that instill confidence to ensure that their legacies are protected and their needs are met!
Why NECL?
Because families deserve more than a law firm that clocks hours — they deserve a team that shows up. At Nelson Elder Care Law, we've built a culture around five things: Own It, Client Committed, Flock Together, Humbly Confident, and Get Stuff Done Right. That's not a poster on the wall — it's how we hire, how we mentor, and how we measure success.
You'll never be handed a caseload and left to sink or swim. You'll be part of a flock that has your back, a team that celebrates wins together, and a firm that's betting big on Gainesville — with you helping lead the charge from the ground up.
If you want a career where the work matters, the growth is real, and the people actually like each other, we want to hear from you!
