Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to join our commercial maintenance dispatching team. In this vital role, you will coordinate service calls, manage dispatch operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your proactive communication skills and technical expertise will ensure smooth dispatching of service calls to our employees or sub-contractors, efficient time management, and timely completion of work orders. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule work orders using management systems when needed
- Dispatch work orders to subcontractors based on need/availability
- Communicate effectively with employees and clients
- Enter data accurately into software, including approvals and work order information
- Troubleshoot issues promptly, and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Dispatching experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting dispatch issues
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
