$75 per 90-Day Reassessment
Job Description:
Immaculate Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to perform client assessments for home care services. This position offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for nurses looking to supplement their income while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive initial client assessments to determine care needs.
Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
Perform 90-day reassessments to evaluate changes in client condition and care requirements.
Develop and update care plans in accordance with agency policies and state regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and agency staff.
Maintain compliance with all applicable nursing standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the State of North Carolina.
Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred.
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
Current CPR certification preferred.
