Azara is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Long Beach team. This role is centred around revenue generation, pipeline development, and supporting client account growth through consistent, high-quality sales activity.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll focus on identifying opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and driving new business. This is a front-line sales role where communication, resilience, and ambition are key.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and build interest in client products and services.
Sales Conversations & Qualification
Engage prospects confidently, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities for conversion.
Revenue Contribution
Work toward daily and weekly sales targets, directly contributing to overall campaign growth.
Pipeline Development
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Account Support
Collaborate with Account Executives and team leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking
Monitor your activity and results, using feedback and metrics to continuously improve performance.
