We are actively seeking a versatile Maintenance Person with strong skills in multiple trades to help maintain properties across our coverage area.
Job Description: The Maintenance Person will be responsible for a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry services. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of properties under our management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of skilled maintenance and repair services in residential properties within the designated coverage area.
- Respond to service calls effectively, using the company provided Property Meld app.
- Participate in an emergency on-call rotation that includes after-hours and weekend work.
- Document maintenance activities accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Experienced in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
- Ownership of a comprehensive set of tools.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate ($25 to $35 per hour) depending on skills and experience.
- Overtime opportunities at time and a half.
- Mileage paid at IRS rate.
- Minimum six paid holidays per year and two weeks of paid vacation after six months.
Schedule:
- Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Availability required for rotational on-call emergencies during evenings and weekends.
