All Roads Truck & Auto Repair is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing the company's financial records, payroll, and day-to-day accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Process weekly payroll and maintain payroll records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts
Prepare financial reports for management
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Track expenses and maintain organized financial documentation
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and accounting regulations
Support office operations and administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong QuickBooks experience required
Payroll processing experience required
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Automotive, trucking, or repair industry experience is a plus
