Maintenance Technician I – 2nd Shift
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations. This role ensures equipment reliability through preventive and corrective maintenance while following all safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Diagnose issues, replace parts, and complete equipment adjustments
- Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to maintenance needs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and clean condition
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical documents and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Basic PLC knowledge preferred
- Welding/fabrication experience a plus
Pay: $28.00–$32.00/hr DOE
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Overtime and weekend availability required based on business needs
Additional Requirement: Must be available to work 1st shift on Mondays starting July 6, 2026
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
