Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Structural Concrete Foreman to support complex underground infrastructure projects across the DFW area. This role will focus heavily on cast in place concrete structures tied to water and wastewater systems.
This is a hands on leadership position overseeing crews building deep underground concrete structures such as wet wells, junction boxes, and other critical components, often exceeding 20 feet in depth.
Key responsibilities:

Lead crews performing cast-in-place concrete work for water/wastewater structures (wet wells, junction boxes, vaults, etc.)

Oversee forming, reinforcing, and pouring of deep structural concrete (often 20+ ft deep, 12x12 structures and larger)

Manage installation of storm drain structures, inlets, retaining walls, and underground concrete systems

Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to spec

Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors onsite

Read and interpret plans, specifications, and layout requirements
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman (or strong Lead moving into a Foreman role) focused on structural concrete

Background in water/wastewater, underground utilities, or heavy civil construction

Experience building deep concrete structures

Strong knowledge of forming systems, vertical concrete, and reinforced structures

Experience with storm drain systems, junction structures, and retaining walls is highly preferred

Candidates with vertical commercial concrete experience will also be considered if they have strong structural experience
