Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one patient care that prioritizes recovery and mobility.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Facilitate rehabilitation by monitoring patient progress and adjusting care strategies accordingly.
