University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants in Wayne, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders and mobility support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
- Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure the highest level of care
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00
