Position
Full-Time Production Manager
Location: Johnston, Iowa
What We're Looking For
● 3+ years of leadership experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or industrial production.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● A leader who develops people and holds them accountable.
● Someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systems.
● Ability to read drawings and manage multiple priorities.
● Experience with Innergy ERP is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Do
● Lead the daily operations of our production millwork shop.
● Coordinate production schedules and workflow with project managers and engineering.
● Maintain efficiency, organization, and shop processes.
● Maintain exceptional standards for quality and craftsmanship.
● Pull materials from inventory and maintain inventory levels.
● Assist with production when needed while keeping the team moving forward.
● Coordinate job installation schedules.
● Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
● Use data, planning, and communication to keep projects on schedule.
