We are looking for a Shop Lead / heavy equipment Mechanic/ Diesel mechanic to join our highly experienced team and help us maintain our fleet of heavy duty vehicles. The Mechanic is responsible for repairing and maintaining our mining equipment excavators, front end loaders, dozers and other mechanical parts, as well as actively participating in preventative maintenance practices. A successful candidate should have a background in automotive mechanics as well as strong communication skills and an understanding of safety practices.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles of all types.
- Install parts, systems, and components of vehicles of all types.
- Maintain vehicle condition and cleanliness.
- Adjust, repair, and upgrade vehicle parts.
- Evaluate vehicle condition and issue maintenance recommendations.
- Access inventory of parts and equipment.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
