Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales support, and brand promotion. This role is conducted entirely on-site and involves face-to-face interactions with customers at retail locations and promotional events. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Represent client products and services through face-to-face interactions with customers at assigned retail locations and promotional events
- Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and excellent customer service
- Assist with sales and customer acquisition efforts by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions
- Support the setup and execution of in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
- Complete required training and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but are not required

Pay: $59,002.53 - $71,056.81 per year
