We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Showing Assistant & Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team and support two of our top-producing agents.
About the Role:
This role is crucial in delivering exceptional client experience. You'll play a key role in scheduling and conducting showings, supporting clients throughout the transaction process, and maintaining strong client relationships. You must be a licensed Real Estate Agent. Base play plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Showings & Client Support:
- Schedule and conduct showings for prospective buyers.
- Prepare properties for showings, ensuring they are presentable and welcoming.
- Conduct showings, providing informative and engaging presentations to clients.
- Assist clients throughout the home buying and selling process, providing guidance and support.
- Client Relations & Database Management:
- Manage client databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Implement client appreciation programs, including birthday cards, anniversary cards, and other personalized touches.
- Assist with preparing client presentations and marketing materials.
- Maintain contact with past clients, nurture relationships, and identify potential referral opportunities.
- Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) and other necessary documentation.
- Assist with offer preparation and submission.
- Manage schedules and appointments.
- Marketing & Social Media:
- Assist with social media content creation and posting.
- Help manage online reviews and client testimonials.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Assist with lead generation activities and follow up with potential clients.
- Identify and cultivate potential leads through online and offline channels.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License in Nebraska
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
