Duties
- Greet customers warmly
- Assist customers in selecting plants, gardening supplies, outdoor furniture, and seasonal merchandise
- Maintain the appearance of the garden center by stocking shelves, organizing displays, merchandising products effectively
- Manage inventory by receiving shipments, stocking shelves
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions in multiple languages if applicable and addressing customer needs promptly
Qualifications
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, lawn care, and outdoor living environments
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
- Previous retail experience
- Knowledge of floral design or landscape maintenance is advantageous
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an attractive store environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach
