Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for part-time, on-call maintenance work. We offer guaranteed minimum compensation regardless of work availability.
Position Details:
- Guaranteed weekly pay: $400/week (paid regardless of work availability)
- Part-time, on-call position
- Initial 2-week ramp-up period with increased work, then transitions to as-needed basis
- Hours vary based on maintenance needs
Key Requirements:
- Required: Extensive hands-on experience in all areas of maintenance work
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with general building maintenance and upkeep
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance requests when available
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests when called
- Maintain equipment and facilities in good working condition
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
