Full-Time | Collision Repair Shop
We are an established collision repair shop that works with insurance companies and customer-pay repairs, seeking a skilled Frame Technician / Auto Body Technician to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and is committed to meeting or exceeding OEM manufacturer and insurance standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform frame straightening and structural repairs.
- Complete high-quality collision repairs, including panel replacement, fitting, and alignment.
- Perform body repairs, including dent repair, metal finishing, and body filler application.
- Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition following OEM repair procedures.
- Read and interpret insurance repair estimates and work closely with estimators.
- Identify hidden damage and communicate supplement requirements.
- Operate frame measuring equipment to ensure structural accuracy.
- Perform quality control inspections to verify all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Complete repairs efficiently without compromising quality.
QualificationsRequired
- Experience in frame and collision repair.
- Experience performing insurance collision repairs.
- Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and structural repair techniques.
- Experience using frame measuring systems and structural repair equipment.
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality, detail-oriented repairs.
- Must provide your own tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred
- ASE Certification
- I-CAR Certification
- State collision repair certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating systems
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
