What You’ll Do:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts from scratch

Follow and refine recipes to maintain consistent quality

Ensure all items are fresh, beautifully presented, and ready on schedule

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace

Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items

What We’re Looking For:
Previous baking experience (professional kitchen preferred)

Knowledge of bread fermentation, dough handling, and dessert techniques

Attention to detail and a passion for quality

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
