SilMan is seeking an account management professional to cultivate lasting relationships to create client-partners for our SilMan’s Specialty Trade Services team. As the Key Account Manager (KAM), you will play a crucial role in driving client retention and revenue growth for our material handling division.
The Specialty Trade Services (STS) team is the backbone of SilMan’s commitment to self-performance across design, implementation, and lifecycle services. Far beyond “hiring labor” for field work, this in-house super team is composed of highly trained and experienced trade professionals who deliver unique insight and expertise to every project phase, from the ground up and the walls in:
- Project & Site Management – Design & Build – Facility Improvements – Installation, Maintenance & De-Commission – Material Handling Equipment – Manufacturing Systems – Automation and Controls – Power & Utilities – Lifecycle Support

The KAM is a remote opportunity serving SilMan’s national footprint, ideally located with access to the Midwest automotive corridor between Columbus and Detroit, and connectivity to the Southeast automotive hub centered around Atlanta.
