Job Description: We are a well-established, regional Managed Services Provider seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the IT field, with a strong focus on Office 365 and Azure administration, troubleshooting, as well as proficiency in Windows 10/11 Desktop OS, Windows Server OS, basic networking, and cyber security practices. Certifications are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Provide support for Windows 10/11 Desktop and Windows Server operating systems.
- Implement and maintain basic networking configurations and security measures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Azure platforms.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 Desktop OS and Windows Server OS.
- Understanding of basic networking and cyber security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.55 - $34.18 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
