Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team. We specialize in masonry restoration, waterproofing, commercial roofing, concrete restoration, and historic building preservation throughout Greater Boston and Norfolk County. Our team works on a wide range of commercial, multi-family, residential, and historic properties, helping owners protect and extend the life of their buildings through high-quality restoration work.

Our main office is located in Walpole MA, and work is preformed in the greater Boston areas.
Responsibilities
- Masonry restoration and repair
- Commercial roofing work
- Waterproofing services
- Light carpentry and exterior repair work
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and Company Machinery
- Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress clearly with team members and clients through construction software (Procore).
- Follow direction from foremen and project managers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site, while adhering to Osha Standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields.
- Ability to operate at heights on scaffolding and staging.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship during all phases of restoration projects.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and office staff.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Osha 10 or 30 Certs are preferred but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
