We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Bonpoint SoHo. As a Sales Lead, you act as a role model on the sales floor, leading by example to achieve targets, cultivate client relationships, and uphold the highest standards of luxury service. This position offers hourly compensation plus commission.
Duties and Expectations
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed business goals
- Lead by example in delivering an elevated, personalized client experience aligned with luxury service standards
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies
- Act as a floor leader, motivating and guiding the team to maximize productivity and client engagement
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through accurate stock management, replenishment, and organization
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are executed to reflect brand image and storytelling
- Proactively resolve client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to the development and execution of clienteling and sales-driving initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Holder, Sales Lead, or in a similar leadership role within a retail environment
- Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in luxury retail preferred; familiarity with childrenswear is a plus
- Proficiency in POS and inventory systems (Y2 knowledge is advantageous)
- Strong clienteling skills with refined phone and in-store etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
