This Is a Sales Position
- We are looking for an outgoing, confident Sales Associate who enjoys talking with people and has a proven ability to sell. This is not simply a cashier position. Every guest interaction is an opportunity to create excitement, recommend additional experiences, and maximize each guest's visit.
- Success in this role is measured not only by outstanding customer service but also by your ability to consistently increase sales through confident recommendations and upselling.
- Our Sales Associates actively recommend ride packages, gem mining experiences, souvenirs, snacks, beverages, photos, and other retail items that enhance the guest experience. If you enjoy building relationships, creating excitement, and closing sales, you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Consistently recommend and upsell ride packages, gem mining experiences, mini golf, souvenirs, retail items, snacks, beverages, photos, and other add-on experiences.
- Learn our attractions and products thoroughly so you can confidently explain the value of each option.
- Meet and exceed sales expectations through exceptional guest interactions.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist guests with purchasing and participating in the gem mining experience.
- Process mini golf admissions and explain course information to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked gift shop throughout the day.
- Restock merchandise, gem mining bags, snacks, beverages, and retail displays as needed.
- Keep displays attractive, organized, and inviting.
- Answer guest questions and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with guest flow during busy periods.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure every guest has an exceptional
Sales experience is required. POS experience is required.
Applicants should have:
- Previous sales or retail sales experience with demonstrated success.
- Previous Point of Sale (POS) system experience.
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with confidence speaking to guests.
- The ability to identify opportunities to upsell naturally and effectively.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Weekend, holiday, and seasonal availability.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
