Looking for experienced Restaurant managers (GM's), and Assistant General Managers to grow with our organization in our Rochester, and Wayne County locations including Williamson NY, and Ontario NY.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of food management practices. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage staff, ensure high-quality food production, and maintain a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee the highest quality of dishes served.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Handle cash management responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize productivity during peak hours.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry required. Five (5) or more years of experience preferred.
- Previous McDonald’s experience with Hamburger University (HU) certification a plus.
- Experience in quick service or fast food environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and budgeting principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Previous experience in training & development programs is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
