What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression every time.
- Schedule appointments, collect accurate vehicle information, and manage the flow of the service department efficiently.
- Prepare clear, detailed service estimates and confidently explain repair needs and timelines.
- Keep customers informed with proactive updates throughout the service process.
- Obtain proper approvals for any additional work and ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores that reflect our commitment to excellence.
- Educate customers on maintenance recommendations and manufacturer-approved service options.
- Follow all safety, OSHA, and environmental regulations while upholding dealership standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of dealership experience is required —
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service/sales is strongly preferred.
- A polished, professional appearance and a genuine customer-first attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical information and explain it clearly to customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check, MVR, and drug test.
