- Assemble solar racking systems and solar arrays according to specifications
- Install grounding systems, DC wiring, and solar module connections
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Perform solar panel installation and equipment assembly
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting
- Safely use power tools including drills, impacts, bandsaws, grinders, and saws
- Work effectively as part of a team

- Valid and clean driving record to operate company vehicles and travel to job sites
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must be at least 20 years old due to insurance and OSHA requirements
- Background check and drug screening required (excluding THC)

Work schedules may vary depending on project needs:
- 5 days x 8 hours
- 4 days x 10 hours
Occasional overtime and overnight travel may be required with advance notice.
- $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
