About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our production team, where you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-precision components. By leveraging your expertise in machine setup and operation, you will ensure our manufacturing processes deliver exceptional quality and efficiency for our diverse client base.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive setups for 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes to meet precise engineering specifications.

Operate vertical and horizontal machining centers to drive consistent production throughput and operational excellence.

Conduct rigorous quality inspections using standardized routing documentation to guarantee part conformance.

Proactively troubleshoot machining challenges and collaborate with technical teams to optimize process performance.

Maintain equipment reliability through daily preventative maintenance and organized workspace management.

Execute manual deburring and finishing tasks to ensure final product integrity.

Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and quality management system standards to protect personnel and assets.

2-5 years of hands-on CNC experience, including at least 1 year of dedicated setup responsibility.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Proven ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficiency with precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

Strong technical aptitude in drilling, milling, and tapping operations.

Fluency in written and spoken English for effective documentation and communication.

Demonstrated expertise in both vertical and horizontal machining environments.

Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong mathematical skills for calculating offsets and verifying dimensions.
