Position Overview
We’re looking to add dependable, detail‑driven cleaning technicians to our team — individuals who are reliable, on time, communicate clearly, and bring strong cleaning experience to every home they care for. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and precision.
- Handle bed‑making tasks such as laying fresh linens, smoothing sheets, arranging pillows, and styling blankets with care and precision.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized supplies inventory, ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential housekeeping or cleaning roles, including hotel or commercial cleaning backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences.
- Outstanding customer service skills with clear client communication abilities.
