At College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, we specialize in high-stakes interstate relocations, including dedicated support for our clients and their families. We are looking for professional, reliable Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers to lead our long-distance moving teams.
This is a "Road Warrior" position. You won't just be driving; you’ll be managing the logistics of a family’s entire life as they transition to a new home.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the Mission: Act as the primary point of contact for the customer from origin to destination.
- Inventory Expert: Maintain strict inventory logs and condition reports (crucial for claims/compliance).
- Expert Loading: Use professional techniques to pad, wrap, and secure household goods for the journey.
- Safe Operations: Safely navigate and operate trucks across state lines in various weather and traffic conditions.
Qualifications
- Commitment: Must be 100% comfortable providing great customer experiences and leading your team members safely.
- Experience: 1+ years of professional driving or household goods moving experience preferred.
- Clean Record: Valid Driver’s License and a clean MVR (CDL is a plus, but not required).
- Physicality: Ability to lift 75+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- Integrity: Ability to pass a background check (required for base access).
