Preschool Bus Driver / Floater Assistant Teacher
Crème de la Crème School is looking for a caring and dependable Driver / Floater Assistant Teacher to join our team year-round! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and helping wherever needed throughout the school day.
Position Responsibilities
- Safely transport children and staff to and from school activities and field trips
- Maintain a safe, positive environment while driving and supervising children
- Support classrooms with infants, toddlers, and young children as needed
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities, supervision, and transitions
- Help create a fun, caring, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3 violations or less in 3 years)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to meet state requirements for working in a childcare classroom
- Strong teamwork and classroom support skills
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- Comfortable working with infants, toddlers, and young children
