Traveling Superintendent (Retail/Restaurant)
My client is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through final completion.
- Lead subcontractors, field personnel, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate daily jobsite operations while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and ownership to proactively resolve project challenges.
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain project schedules, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
- Coordinate material deliveries, logistics, and subcontractor sequencing.
- Build strong relationships with clients while representing the company professionally on every project.
- Travel nationwide to support projects, with travel expenses and per diem provided.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
- Experience leading commercial renovation, tenant improvement, retail, restaurant, or ground-up commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and jobsite logistics.
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors while maintaining schedule and project quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite.
- Willingness to travel throughout the United States.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
