Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production team member to join our cosmetic processing plant in Olyphant, PA. Duties
- Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations throughout the production process.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Assist in the fabrication of production tools or equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Participate in training sessions on equipment operation, and best practices within the facility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in production or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
