iLearn Preparatory is a high-quality early childhood education center dedicated to nurturing children's growth, creativity, and lifelong love of learning. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated VPK Lead Teacher to join our team.

Qualifications
Required:
- Florida Staff Credential (CDA, FCCPC, CDAE, or equivalent)
- Completion of DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training Requirements
- VPK Endorsement and all required VPK training courses
- VPK Instructor Emerging Literacy Course
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to pass all required background screening requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Previous experience teaching in a VPK classroom
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans using Creative Curriculum
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Conduct classroom assessments and maintain accurate records
- Establish daily routines that promote learning and development
- Manage classroom operations and maintain compliance with licensing standards
- Communicate effectively with families regarding children's progress
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to support school goals
- Ensure compliance with all state, licensing, and quality assurance requirements
