LeafGuard is looking for outgoing, dependable individuals to join our Event Marketing team.
As an Event Marketing Representative, you will attend local home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events where you will engage with homeowners, introduce them to LeafGuard products and services, and collect information from those interested in learning more. This is not a sales role.
Your focus will be starting conversations, creating a positive first impression, identifying interested homeowners, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in a face-to-face environment, and representing a well-known home improvement brand at local events.
What You'll Do
- Represent LeafGuard professionally at local events, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community functions
- Approach and engage event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Speak with homeowners about LeafGuard products and services
- Generate qualified leads and accurately collect customer contact information
- Maintain an energetic and welcoming presence at the event booth
- Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about products, promotions, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people face-to-face
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and outgoing personality
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team
- Weekend availability is required, as many events take place Thursday through Sunday
This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous experience in canvassing, lead generation, face-to-face marketing, event marketing, brand ambassador work, customer service, retail, promotions, or other customer-facing roles.
Previous experience is not required. Paid training is provided for motivated candidates who are comfortable engaging with the public and eager to learn.
