Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the property, including kitchens, bathrooms, living and common areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently while adhering to established cleaning schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or residential/commercial cleaning is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for long periods or lifting light loads.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
