3 years of individual, family, and group therapy experience.

Strong understanding of crisis intervention.

Prior experience completing intake assessments and risk assessments.

Experience with diagnosis of children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Thorough understanding of ethics and Kentucky law pertaining to clinical work.

Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, as well as family systems.

Excellent written communication and clinical documentation skills.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:-
Fully trained and experienced in an evidence-based practice applicable to working with child and adolescent survivors of trauma (e.g., TF-CBT, PCIT, EMDR, etc.).

3 years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy to children, adolescents, families, and adults.

Excellent public speaking, organizational, and leadership skills.

Strong knowledge of community resources.

Leadership and supervisory experience.
