Drops of Beauty is a medical spa located in Gilbert, AZ. We offer high-quality services such as medical-grade facials, dermal fillers, lasers, body contouring, skin tightening, weight loss, Botox/Dysport, massages, PRP injections, IV therapy, amongst others.
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) front desk manager to join our team. Must be able to speak and write Spanish. We are looking for help through the week, evenings and Saturdays. Must be available to work every Saturday.
Tasks include checking clients in and out, management of patients’ files, dealing with queries on the phone and by email, managing our medical spa software, sales on the phone and in person, daily billing and more.
Required experience/skills:
- At least two years of experience in customer service and office management/administration.
- Sales experience is mandatory.
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of the medpsa/esthetics industry; experience using a medpsa management software is highly desirable.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred, however we will consider all applicants.
- Prefer candidate to have worked with Aesthetics Record EMR
Salary: Base salary starting at $25+/hour depending on experience. Higher hourly pay may be considered based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
