Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in answering phones in a fast paced setting and possess strong clerical and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome consumers, visitors, and clients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle mailing process and errands
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Handle sensitive consumer information with confidentiality and discretion
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to all individuals contacting the office
- Contact clients to obtain information
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping
- Proficient in computerized office systems and software applications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
