We are a fast-growing blanks-based apparel company specializing in premium hoodies, t-shirts, and fleece for screen printers, wholesale accounts, and direct-to-consumer markets. With strong supply chain capabilities and a reputation for quality and on-time delivery, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated Account / Project Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
The Account / Project Manager will act as the central point of contact for our B2B clients while also overseeing internal project management related to apparel production and order fulfillment. This role combines account management, inbound sales, and operational execution. A successful candidate will have experience working with ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Sales Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, managing accounts from onboarding to repeat orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing order processing, invoicing, and daily client communication while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships across key accounts, while coordinating closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Drive business development efforts by generating new leads through outreach and networking, conducting in-office product tours for prospective clients, and increasing revenue by introducing new products to both existing and new accounts.
Project & Production Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of Impressions Expo booth builds, including vendor sourcing, design coordination, and on-site setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials and graphics are delivered accurately and on time while serving as the primary liaison with show organizers.
- Drive event logistics and long-term planning by securing booth placements, managing employee registrations, paperwork, and payment deadlines, and ensuring full product sample representation at all events.
- Maintain and organize in-office sample inventory for client use while overseeing domestic production projects using Colorfast blanks, acting as the key liaison between clients, dye houses, and print shops to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Track incoming production and work-in-progress inventory to provide accurate updates, and manage Shopify product listings by adding new items, updating details, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with developers on more complex website needs.
Marketing Coordinator
- Lead planning and execution of photoshoots for product launches and marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to deliver cohesive, high impact initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing materials across channels, including lookbooks, website content, and social media, ensuring consistent brand presence and messaging.
- Oversee the Colorfast Wholesale Instagram account, including content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement to drive brand awareness and strengthen client relationships.
- Create structured marketing strategies and coordinate with internal teams to execute initiatives effectively and efficiently.
ERP & Operations
- Enter, monitor, and manage sales orders, invoices, and client information in the ERP system.
- Generate and review reports to track sales, production, and inventory.
- Identify ways to improve ERP workflows and data accuracy.
- Support process optimization across sales and operations.
- Lead planning and execution of photoshoots for product launches and marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing materials across channels, including lookbooks, website content, and social media, ensuring consistent brand presence and messaging.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Apparel Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or operations within the apparel or wholesale industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Experience handling inbound sales and customer service in a B2B environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Problem solver with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
