I own KB Ice. I use my home as one of my offices. I don't need anyone delivering ice. 40-year-old single guy so I don't have a wife doing this. But I do not drink and am fairly clean so house/office typically is pretty clean. This is not a super-tough job. I just happen to do well enough and I don't have time to do it. I suppose the price is negotiable. I had some girl out of some town nearby who was doing it, but she had some kind of drug problem. This does not have to be super-formal. I just do not need a junkie or a drinker doing this. I may be here or I may not. I work a lot. I can put you on the payroll or pay you however you want. If I had a wife she'd probably just do this but, well, I don't. MIght even be an opportunity to get into the books of the company as well. I'd have to meet you a little more and see how much trust is there. I don't really care what day or time you do it. You aren't going to be in my way. No other people live here. No dogs or animals. Just me. It is 2 bedrooms 1 and 1/2 bath. Don't need anything done with laundry. Just need place tidied up regularly. Probably most particular about my coffee maker. Please make sure that is in good working condition and clean. It is a new Hamilton Beach and I really like it. If we can get some trust going will just give you a key.
