We are dedicated to creating high-quality, trend-forward jewelry through two distinct product lines: our exclusive Handmade Lines, proudly designed and crafted in the USA, and our Fashion Lines, designed in New York City and manufactured worldwide.
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Assistant designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our collections.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Assist in conceptualizing and sketching jewelry designs using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Collaborate with senior designers to refine design concepts based on trend research and brand direction.
Trend Research & Forecasting: Monitor global runway shows, social media, and digital platforms to identify, analyze, and forecast emerging fashion and jewelry trends.
Sample Development & Factory Communication: Assist with preparing technical specifications and production-ready drawings for manufacturing. Communicate with factories to support the sample development process.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Degree or major in Fashion or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain highly organized workflows.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with global factories and internal teams.
