We’re growing and looking for energetic, dependable Waitstaff/Servers to join our team across a variety of flexible schedules.
Shifts Available from 7am to 7pm. WEEKEND AND NIGHT AVAILABILITY A MUST!

What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and guests
- Create a warm, welcoming dining experience
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized dining room
- Assist residents with their dining needs
- Communicate attendance and any concerns to the Dining Room Manager
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Experience in food service (preferred – at least 1 year)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Compassion and respect for older adults

Additional Expectations
- Follow all Youville policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Assist in emergencies if needed
- Report hazards or incidents promptly
Compensation
Pay is competitive and based on your experience and skills at the time of offer.
