Duties:
People:
- Actively seek growth opportunities for team development.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external guests.
- Mentor and onboard new team members.
- Demonstrate expertise in all operational systems and processes.
- Uphold Bojangles' Cultural Principles in every interaction.
Performance:
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Empower team members to deliver exceptional guest service consistently.
- Manage costs effectively to reduce expenses.
- Foster external community relationships for recruitment and sales growth.
Profit:
- Drive same-store growth through increased sales and guest counts.
- Understand P&L results and their impact on business performance.
- Participate actively in inventory management.
- Maintain safety and security standards at all times.
Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the food industry.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Prior experience in supervisory roles with coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Skilled in cash handling and bank deposit procedures.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
