Duties
- Mon-Fri (Fri can be cleaned any time over the weekend)
- Start any time after 5:00 pm, 3 or 2.5 hours per clean
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, vacuuming and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines
